The concert performance "Clover and the Bee" brings together Baiba Broka, a beloved actress of the New Riga Theatre, chamber ensemble Trio HAI, and one of the world's most mysterious poets – Emily Dickinson.
In Baiba Broka's voice, the poetry of Emily Dickinson will come alive – quiet, intelligent, and surprisingly modern.
Trio HAI comprises three laureates of the Great Music Prize – flutist Ilona Meija, saxophonist Aigars Raumanis, and pianist Herta Hansena. In their interpretations, American music will reveal itself in all its color, emotionality, and subtlety.
