In the new two-story residence building there are 10 Junior Suite rooms, from which a beautiful view of the garden and the main building of the Ola Foundation opens up. All rooms, in the size of 20m2, are designed with a harmonious blend of comfort and style, paying attention to details.
All guests have access to the spacious Ola Foundation art building, where we invite you to enjoy delicious breakfast, view 3 current exhibitions, use our modernly equipped business meeting rooms, relax in the music salon or have a drink in the home bar to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Wireless high-speed internet is available throughout the building. Guests have access to free parking on the premises, as well as electric car charging.
The Space
Junior Suite offers a wonderful view of our garden and the main building of the Ola Foundation. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, a seating area and a bathroom with shower. When choosing a room with a terrace, enjoy slow morning breakfast with the first rays of the sun.
Junior Suite Deluxe combines two carefully furnished rooms, providing accommodation for four people. Enjoy holidays with children or celebrate special occasions with your loved ones.
On the 2nd floor guests have access to a partially equipped kitchen for making coffee and tea, and a mini bar.
Within a five-minute walk from the residence, you'll find Fabrika Restaurant, Žanis Lipke Memorial, the international exhibition center Ķīpsala, a swimming pool, and shopping center Olimpija.
A 10-minute drive from the residence will take you to the city center of Riga and the Old Town.

The exact address of the residence is Rīga, Ogļu iela 12a. You can easily reach our residence by personal car or taxi. By prior arrangement for an additional fee, it is possible to book a transfer to/from Riga Airport.
We offer to book Junior Suite with facilities for disabled guests. It is a specially adapted room that can be accessed with a wheelchair and is equipped with everything necessary to ensure our guests feel comfortable and at ease.
Check-in at the residence is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Our registration office operates according to the scheduled arrival and departure times of guests.
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to prior arrangement and availability.
Any reservation can be canceled or rescheduled, but it is subject to prior arrangement and availability. Reservations canceled less than 3 days before the check-in date are non-refundable. Reservations canceled less than 7 days before the check-in date are refunded at 30%.
