On June 27 at 11:00 a.m., Ola Foundation cultural space invites you to a listening masterclass over morning coffee.
Have you ever found yourself sitting at a classical music concert and realizing that your thoughts have drifted somewhere else? That the music seems too complex to understand?
Pianist Aurēlija Šimkus invites you to experience classical music differently - not in a traditional concert format or academic lecture, but in a listening masterclass held in a relaxed, warm, and personal atmosphere over morning coffee at Ola.
This will be an opportunity to listen to music performed live by her, take part in a conversation, ask questions, and get to know classical music more closely beyond conventional perceptions.
Ludwig van Beethoven's music brings together strength, humanity, and deep spirituality. Together, we will listen to Piano Sonata, Op. 110, and in conversation seek answers to the question - what does Beethoven's music tell us today?
Participants will have a unique opportunity to engage individually in the process, ask questions, share their experiences with classical music, and enjoy a live musical performance.
